I've never been much of a pastel girl (the subdued colours tend to make my pale skin look sickly), but this beautiful new silk blouse by Amber Patton caught my eye immediately. I love how it's not quite as desaturated as a typical pastel, but still sufficiently soft enough for one to feel feminine and pretty in it.

I often have the same issue - I always picture pastels looking so pretty & soft on pale skin, but then when I put them on I end up looking totally washed out! Definitely depends on the shade though, and you've nailed it with this pretty mint! Loving the drapey fit of this jacket, too!
