A very simple ensemble today to showcase the beautiful vintage maxi skirt (from Germany!) I found on Boxing Day of all days. The rounded, pleated waistline is oh so flattering and differentiates it just enough to place it in a class all its own. These were taken on a perfectly windy day and the skirt flowed beautifully in the breeze!
Last month I mentioned in my Flare Magazine feature that Amrita Singh is my current favourite jewelry designer. So you can imagine how thrilled I was when they kindly sent over these pretty Breese earrings. Check back in a few days for a chance to win a pair of your own, valued at $100USD!

The maxi skirt is all kinds of amazingness! If we lived closer and I was as teeny as you, I'd ask to borrow it!! Well, this is, if you wanted to share. hee hee. I've been wanting a long chiffon maxi for so long, and have found serveral that I really like, but I'm also not willing to spend a couple hundred on one. :/ So, I bought black chiffon a couple months ago, in hopes of sewing myself a skirt, but still haven't gotten around to making one. Hopefully soon!
